Super Active Seniors

Established in the year 2000 our very popular Super Active Seniors (SAS) programme is specifically designed to improve the strength, mobility, stability and flexibility of anyone over 50 years of age. As well as improving general health and fitness this programme is regularly used to help members prepare for specific activities such as skiing, cycling, walking and golf. 

This a friendly and welcoming class and guests are more than welcome, however this will need to be booked in advance and numbers will be limited due to current COVID legistlation.
