Super Active Seniors
Established in the year 2000 our very popular Super Active Seniors (SAS) programme is specifically designed to improve the strength, mobility, stability and flexibility of anyone over 50 years of age. As well as improving general health and fitness this programme is regularly used to prepare members for specific activities such as skiing, cycling, walking and golf. It has also been successfully adapted to help individuals recover from surgery, illness or injury. We specialise in the rehabilitation of knee, hip, shoulder and back conditions. Programmes last for three, six or twelve months and are open to members and guests. Details are available from reception.
